T.I. released from jail

Atlanta rapper T.I. was released from prison on Wednesday morning and is now at a halfway house to serve out the rest of his 11-month sentence for probation violation. He was released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas and will serve the rest of his sentence at a community living facility. The name of the facility will not be released until after his arrival.

The rapper has been serving time for a probation violation stemming from his arrest in Los Angeles on drug charges last year. Once he got out of prison, Tip took straight to Twitter. "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most," he tweeted from his verified @Tip account. "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"
