Michael Jackson's doctor said he was "fine"

Court papers claim that Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's personal physician, told paramedics that the star was "fine" when in reality he was dead.

Paramedic Richard Senneff, who was the first person on the scene when emergency services were called to the singer in June 2009, said in his statement that Dr. Murray stood in front of his patient's lifeless body and said: "He doesn't have a problem. He is fine. He was practising all night. I'm just treating him for dehydration."

Documents have also reveal that Richard believed the doctor lied about the medications Michael was taking. Upon being asked if the singer, the doctor apparently said: "No, he is not taking anything." After this, he admitted that he had administered the 'Thriller' star with anti-anxiety drug lorazepam "to help him sleep."

Dr. Murray is due to stand trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson after being accused of administering the lethal dose of the anaesthetic Propofol. The trial is due to begin next week with Murray facing four years in prison if he is found guilty.
